Y6 Osmosis Egg Experiment
In Year 6, we have been investigating how water travels around our bodies through osmosis. Using two eggs, we investigated the impact of placing them into different solutions. We placed one egg into a concentrated sugar solution; the other egg was placed into plain water. Hopefully, we will be able to see the effect of osmosis as water molecules move through a semi-permeable membrane (the egg).
