Year 6 Investigate
As part of their Evolution and Inheritance science topic, pupils in Year 6 have been investigating how variation in beak shape is related to available food sources within an environment! They simulated bird feeding by using a ‘beak’ (various utensils) to collect food and place it into a stomach. There were four different beak shapes and a range of different food types to choose from. Looks interesting!
