Robinwood Residential Trip Year 6 Nov 2018

Year 6 children had a wonderful time at Robinwood Activity Centre last week. Dobroyd Castle, the home of Robinwood, is set high up on the Todmorden moors - offering some outstanding views of the surrounding area.

Our intrepid Year 6s undertook a wide variety of teamwork activities, including: canoeing, raft building, giant swings, zip wires, archery, problem solving (the much anticipated Piranha Pool is still on the programme!).

Teachers accompanying the children were extremely proud of their general conduct and 'can do' attitude throughout the trip, stating that they were a pleasure to be with.

Many thanks to Mrs Dryden, Mrs Darnell and Mr Walker for giving their free time on this trip, and of course to staff at Robinwood for their enthusiastic welcome.
