Phonics and Reading Scheme

Phonics subject leader : Miss Blockeel

At Edisford, we follow the Phonics Finch programme, which has been custom designed for use with our children in school. 

This programme was adopted in January 2021.

The Phonics Finch scheme matches the order of Letters and Sounds used by Oxford Reading Tree. This is the reading material used by our pupils.
