Year 2 Mindfulness

Year 2 have been practising meditation and mindfulness this term. We find it helps us to feel grounded and focused as we come into our afternoon lessons. We have read several lovely books, but particularly enjoyed 'Bloom' by Anne Booth and 'Kind' by Alison Green.

We have been enjoying our mindfulness art sessions on Thursday afternoons and can't wait to see our framed 'blooming gardens' of hope, love and kindness.
