Great Edisford Bake Off
As part of their DT curriculum, Year 2 participated in the ‘Great Edisford Bake Off’ recently. They competed in a Showstopper Challenge, where they worked as part of a team to create a cake featuring a healthy ingredient, before decorating it to look as appealing as possible. Great fun was had by all and a lot learnt about baking! All ingredients were kindly donated by Tesco in Clitheroe - thank you very much.
